How It Works
The Mobile Jaw Crusher operates through a hydraulically-controlled feed hopper that directs material into the vibrating grizzly feeder. Undersized material bypasses the crusher while correctly sized feed enters the jaw chamber.
Inside the chamber, the eccentric-driven swing jaw applies powerful compressive force against the fixed jaw, crushing rock through a combination of compression and attrition. The adjustable CSS (Closed Side Setting) controls product size.
Crushed material discharges onto the main conveyor belt, which can be raised or lowered for stockpiling or feeding downstream equipment. The entire unit is powered by an efficient diesel-electric system and can be relocated using its hydraulic track drive.
